Flitwick 10k - My first 10k event
Since graduating C25k I had been running 10k at least once a month until I suffered from Plantar
Fasciitis
in October last year. This lasted for many weeks, scuppering my running and stopping me from doing anything much more than 5km at a steady pace.

Oh the pain of Plantar fasciitis! 😟😫
Finally diagnosed with plantar
fasciitis
last week although I've suspected that this nagging pain in my foot was PF for some months now. I'd kept starting C25k but only got to week 2 before I had to take a break & restart.

He also said to exercise like for example going for a walk but that is surely impossible as I suffer from plantar
fasciitis
(very painful condition in the feet )in both feet. My question is how long does the blood pressure medicine take to work? What other exercise beside walking can I do ?

Plantar Fasciitis
Well I had lost 5 lb and was feeling more hopeful. But on Sunday I suddenly got this awful condition in my feet meaning I’m on crutches. So now I’m not exercising and hardly moving I’m putting the weight back on. So has anybody got any exercises without being on feet OR VERY low cal meals. Thank you

Started again
I completed couch to 5k last year, I did couple of park runs and cancer research 5k race4life, then my foot started to hurt, doc diagnosed plantar
fasciitis
. It hurt so much I stopped running in October. But now I'm back in about to do week 4 run 1.

Exercise bike
Thank you all for your hints and tips regarding my painful Plantar
Fasciitis
. I have this last week discovered my little exercise bike doesn’t hurt my feet. I just wondered what sort of amount should I be doing each week in order to make a difference to my weight loss journey please?

Plantar fasciitis
The plantar
fasciitis
and tendonitis (injured in August) has been unbelievably painful. I now wear arch supports and a plantar
fasciitis
sock and use a running machine at the gym. I’m desperate to get outside again but I’m trying to be sensible.

best investment for happy household, multi-purpose, invites exercise, shareable,...
My husband also uses them for his plantar
fasciitis
. He did not tell me at first and I blamed the cat way too many times for his stealing of the ball.

Midwife appointment update; glucose test & growth scan at 28 weeks.
Apart from I have carpal tunnel syndrome & plantar
fasciitis
due to pregnancy. She has recommended I try exercises for the carpal tunnel syndrome which I should find online, try to sleep with hands stretched out & try a splint. It is pretty painful & has me up through the night!

That was a tough one!
Had heavy legs n started feeling thirsty about half way through so it all felt like a slog First time out in my new shoes n I had a couple of twinges from my right heel from my mild but well controlled plantar
fasciitis
which doesn’t normally bother me on runs.

Nearer the 5k than I realised.
I've got plantar
fasciitis
and has to stop at 13 minutes of running and walk to stretch my changes back out. I only walked for 25 double steps though, big strides to stretch my muscles out, then ran the rest.

Hard going into a headwind!
Given that my plantar
fasciitis
flared up a bit after my last run I'm really pleased to have done this one successfully today -after an extra rest day and with lots of extra stretching both before and after running. 😃

My plantar
fasciitis
affected foot is ok when I’m running but really sore when I’ve stopped 🤷♀️. Also I’ve gained weight 🤔 - I do want to be lighter so this is puzzling .....

It's all in the mind.
I've had 2 rest days due to my plantar
fasciitis
flaring up slightly, and this morning I had absolutely zero energy. None at all. I just felt totally drained. Too much stress and not enough sleep taking its toll.

Severe hair loss with Septicemia :(
I was diagnosed with Necrotizing
Fasciitis
and Septicemia in November 2018. I am still going for wound treatment in my tummy area. I started suffering with chunks of hair loss from January 2019. It is so depressing. Hair all over the place.

Laser therapy
Laser therapy helped me recover from plantar
fasciitis
surgery and I will soon try this therapy to help nurse my pudendal nerve back to health. The rectal branch is rather superficial so I am hopeful it will work. Does anyone out there have a experiences to share related to this topic?
