Inside Health on Radio 4 this afternoon had some interesting evidence about the causes and best treatment for the above. It also taught me how to say fasciitis

Sorry I missed it Helen
It's on I-player or 'BBC Sounds' or Apple Apps, so very available
Well you can't leave us in suspense like that! How DO you pronounce it? 😁
Like Sean Connery perhaps
Obviously I don't mean it is pronounced "sean connery"
made myself laugh too much at my own joke
😂😂.
Did not know how to say it neither, including the other bit.
Thanks for the clue, at least I think I could have a go now.
🙈😂😂
👊💥🏃♀️🌟👏👏
This suspense cliff hanger is killing me! A clue, Helen, we need a clue!!!
Isn’t it Fash-she-itis? That’s how I say it, but I’d be happy to be corrected!
Just listened to that thanks for the tip...! I've been dealing PF , think it's on the wain. Been doing the strength exercise. Interesting they didn't mention stretching ?
well the tippie toe thing is stretching maybe??
I had it before running when I did just yoga, my lovely yoga teacher gave me the exercise he mentions but done on a step so your foot has more range going lower too and to go barefoot rather than flip-flops.
Mine went within a few weeks and has never come back. I run in minimalist shoes and I spend a lot of summer barefoot now.
Yes I have seen other people mention the step exercise on here. Glad to here that you have over come it. Never had it myself but sounds very painful and annoying!
