Getting there! Little help needed please!?
So 6 months ago I had a torn rotator cuff and plantar
fasciitis
in both feet, I hadn’t been able to exercise properly in months and was at an all time low. I honestly felt doomed! My mental health suffered and I was in a dark place.

Aches and pains after exercise
I try to keep active, I do Pilates, aqua fit and love gardening and walking but suffer from painful aches and pains, plantar
fasciitis
. I am on 100mg Levothyroxine. Have been told in the past that I may be over medicated?

Plantar Faciitis
Using google I think it’s plantar
fasciitis
and as soon as I started doing stretches the sharp pain went away and I haven’t experienced it but when I do a 40min walk My foot tends to ache but not in a sharp way if that makes sense. Up this time I had been using a standard pair of trainers.

Plantar Fasciitis in both feet
Suggestions for relief from plantar
fasciitis
would be very much appreciated guys. Can’t believe my luck... finally got relief from pain in my knee and now both heels are excruciating. I’ve tried massage and exercise (physio), tennis ball, Powergel 2.5% and frozen peas.

Knee and hip pain C25k
I have proper running shoes with insoles from podiatrist (that I got for plantar
fasciitis
) I stretch out when finished. I’m devastated because I don’t know what is causing this. When I ice it it definitely reduces the pain. Don’t want to give up before I’ve even started. Any suggestion?

My calf & foot still hurt with the plantar
fasciitis
some way through - but it’s always sore anyway whether I run or not ...I’m honestly stunned at how well it went - must be a mixture of getting fitter, and drinking more.

It was not easy, and currently my legs feel heavy & my plantar
fasciitis
is pretty painful but I’m not stopping - my leg/foot was hurting before I started C25K .....,Im hoping the runs feel easier 🤔 but in he meantime I can’t believe I did that 🤣😂

Flitwick 10k - My first 10k event
Since graduating C25k I had been running 10k at least once a month until I suffered from Plantar
Fasciitis
in October last year. This lasted for many weeks, scuppering my running and stopping me from doing anything much more than 5km at a steady pace.

Oh the pain of Plantar fasciitis! 😟😫
Finally diagnosed with plantar
fasciitis
last week although I've suspected that this nagging pain in my foot was PF for some months now. I'd kept starting C25k but only got to week 2 before I had to take a break & restart.

Plantar Fasciitis
Well I had lost 5 lb and was feeling more hopeful. But on Sunday I suddenly got this awful condition in my feet meaning I’m on crutches. So now I’m not exercising and hardly moving I’m putting the weight back on. So has anybody got any exercises without being on feet OR VERY low cal meals. Thank you

Diabetes and hypertension
He also said to exercise like for example going for a walk but that is surely impossible as I suffer from plantar
fasciitis
(very painful condition in the feet )in both feet. My question is how long does the blood pressure medicine take to work? What other exercise beside walking can I do ?

Exercise bike
Thank you all for your hints and tips regarding my painful Plantar
Fasciitis
. I have this last week discovered my little exercise bike doesn’t hurt my feet. I just wondered what sort of amount should I be doing each week in order to make a difference to my weight loss journey please?

Plantar fasciitis
The plantar
fasciitis
and tendonitis (injured in August) has been unbelievably painful. I now wear arch supports and a plantar
fasciitis
sock and use a running machine at the gym. I’m desperate to get outside again but I’m trying to be sensible.

best investment for happy household, multi-purpose, invites exercise, shareable,...
My husband also uses them for his plantar
fasciitis
. He did not tell me at first and I blamed the cat way too many times for his stealing of the ball.

Midwife appointment update; glucose test & growth scan at 28 weeks.
Apart from I have carpal tunnel syndrome & plantar
fasciitis
due to pregnancy. She has recommended I try exercises for the carpal tunnel syndrome which I should find online, try to sleep with hands stretched out & try a splint. It is pretty painful & has me up through the night!

That was a tough one!
Had heavy legs n started feeling thirsty about half way through so it all felt like a slog First time out in my new shoes n I had a couple of twinges from my right heel from my mild but well controlled plantar
fasciitis
which doesn’t normally bother me on runs.
