I did it!! I ran for 25 minutes non stop for the 1st time in my life EVER! It was not easy, and currently my legs feel heavy & my plantar fasciitis is pretty painful but I’m not stopping - my leg/foot was hurting before I started C25K .....,Im hoping the runs feel easier 🤔 but in he meantime I can’t believe I did that 🤣😂

Congratulations to you SharsX, you are now a officially a runner after completing run 3 of week 6, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs, the runs should slowly get easier as your legs get more accustomed to running 🏃 😊.

Fabulous! I've completed week 5 and was dead chuffed with a 20 minute run. However I've been away for 4 weeks, so will have to start up slowly again when I get back home 🙄

I had the flu and missed 2 weeks so repeated the last run id done previously for 2 weeks, and then moved on 😀

Well done! I remember that jelly legs feeling at the end of my first 25 min run. The 5 min brisk walk st the end was more like a 2 min stagger followed by a 3 min walk. It does get easier though. I have plantar fasciitis too, in both feet, so I feel your pain on that one. Plenty of stretching!

Thanks for that reassurance - I’m stiff as a log this morning 🤣

Well done 💪 - fantastic progress! I think I did at least 6 or maybe even 8 of the 25 min runs before I moved on to week 8 which helped esp as I had shin splints. I was in no hurry to do in 9 weeks so took m6 time to avoid injury. Keep going- you’re nearly there 😀.
