At LONG last I can do a little running. The plantar fasciitis and tendonitis (injured in August) has been unbelievably painful. I now wear arch supports and a plantar fasciitis sock and use a running machine at the gym. I’m desperate to get outside again but I’m trying to be sensible. If I need to walk a little I do and I don’t feel guilty. Yay for running....it’s FAB!!! This comes from someone who, before C25k, couldn’t run at all.

Welcome back! You’ll be outside again eventually, for now you’re missing some awful weather 😂

Those tendons had me sidelined for best part of two years as I never rested them (in fact I actually said "let's try for a 10k today as my leg hurts and I don't think I'll be up for it tomorrow" . Only 10k I ever ran!!!)
Take it as slow as you need... warm up,warm down, stretch. Dull but worth it.
