It was 11 degrees n sunny today for W3R2. I’ve only run in colder weather so thought I’d drunk plenty throughout the day but it definitely wasn’t enough. Had heavy legs n started feeling thirsty about half way through so it all felt like a slog
First time out in my new shoes n I had a couple of twinges from my right heel from my mild but well controlled plantar fasciitis which doesn’t normally bother me on runs. Hoping it’ll settle once I’m used to the shoes. And my left Achilles was aching on the cool down walk back up the hill. Hopefully going back to the exercises for my tendon dysfunction will sort that out 🤞🤞🤞
On the plus side I got through it and unexpectedly managed 4 personal best achievements on Strava which helped to make up for the tough run
