Help! Hubby's PSA doubling time one week!
Healthy eating, clean living, good
exercise
. 67 years. No genetic mutations detected. Doubling time before LU was 2 weeks and I realized that it often decreases after LU. The MO doesn't seem be in urgent mode to do anything and set an appt 2 months hence after he sees the trial Dr.

is this a flare?
In the last week I have felt a bit breathless and my heart rate has been elevated (to around 100bpm without having done any
exercise
to cause it. I’ve had an alarming email from Medichecks that says this is urgent and I may need to head to A&E if I have chest pains - which I don’t thankfully.

not diagnosed yet but need pain tips
I’ve tried different pain killers,
exercise
, meditation and mint tea. Nothing works. The pain is only 5 days a month, so I know I’m lucky but it hurts more than my tattoo. At the moment I’m working from home in a pair of oversized pjs, because my stomach is too swollen to fit in to my clothes.

I have kept up with my

Your thoughts please?
If I don’t do any
exercise
whatsoever then the kicking is not quite as bad, but if I even go for so much as a 30 minute walk at say 7am, then take it easy for the rest of the day (do nothing) then by 11pm I’m in trouble, real trouble and I’m awake until the daylight comes up and my dopamine levels rise

Auntie/niece time 🏃♀️🏃♀️
It was a novelty to know more about what to buy her as a present than she did :) Her other
exercise
routines (lots of yoga, Pilates, spin etc) mean she's way fitter than I'd realised.

W4 R1 - wow!
A complete running novice in my 30's, having not done any serious
exercise
for well over 10 years. Started C25k a few weeks back, peeked ahead in the schedule out of curiosity and have been dreading not only W5 (you know which run!), but also W4. I could never run for 5 minute periods, could I?

Can anyone offer some help regarding my Ferritin levels for my RLS please.
I don’t know if
exercise
and RLS are linked, but I need to continue to
exercise
, to help manage my high BP and Hba1c. Unfortunately, the RLS makes me want to give up. I was recommended to this site for some help managing this condition.

What IS "Manageable" Pain?
A combination of PMR and a bad knee make
exercise
not too of my list right now. Also I live in south Florida for the next 2 years and it's HOT.

Nice different GP!
We then chatted about Pred, diet, lifestyle,
exercise
, flares. He actually asked what a flare felt like for me!! I told him and I also said that I was scared to reduce below 5 mg because I had a flare when I did that. He said it was okay to linger at 5 mg if that felt right for me.

Suspected ulcerative colitis and nausea
We did begin a diet and
exercise
routine just before this all came about and was eating lots of salads, fresh fruit and gut friendly yogurts so not sure if this created any changes. Also we had relocated to the countryside too a few months before too.
