Morning all, my heart function is a measly 35. Improved slightly from 30 since my incident / LAD. I am due to see the consultant in the next few weeks. Does anyone know what the options are to improve further. I exercise religiously everyday (always have) and I'm taking the drugs. Will they play around with the drugs? What are the likely or possible courses of action?
I'd appreciate any info 👍

My EF on admission was 30, I was unable to exercise as I was so breathless and tired. An echocardiogram showed the need for 2 x stents, after insertion I was up to 45. I'm now back to normal following further action being AVR and 1 x CABG.
My EF improved from 20% to 60% with meds, exercise and a pacemaker, so improvement is possible, although I suspect it depends on the cause of your health issues.
I think your team need to do some diagnostic scans, echo cardiograms plus MRI to understand what is impeding effective pumping. They have prescribed a suite of heart failure meds in my case, with only limited improvement, but following MRI fitted CRT D device to resynchronize the 2 sides of heart to beat together in time. This made a big improvement I'm my capabilities
