Morning anxiety and burning brain, etc.
I try meditation and
exercise
which seems to help slightly, but seeing if there are any other tips out there. Thank you all kindly.

More anxiety
I've also taken up
exercise
. I know that there are two types of fibre, I don't drink a lot of water either, or at least not the recommended amount. I'm just very stressed out and I've booked to see my GP but it's not until the 13th of September.

Everyone seems to say
exercise
is fine for Afib but in my case it is just making my
exercise
ability decline rapidly. I am awaiting an ablation in the next year but would like to know if these symptoms ring a bell with anyone else as it is making my life really miserable.

Exercise
has been critical in helping me feel good and not be battered by ADT (other than those darn hot flashes!). Set your intention to be consistent in going to the gym, it does make a difference.

I can get some
exercise
, clear my head, and talk out loud to help me make decisions. I don't care if others see, or hear me. Just the ability to focus on something else, and to hear myself present all sides to an argument, helps me to figure out what I need to do.

Help with blood test results, please.
I thought
exercise
is supposed to make you feel good, lol. Also more often than not I feel short tempered and disconnected somehow. I asked specifically for my ferritin to be checked as it has never been checked at all. It came back as 21 where the limits are 15 - 300.

A proper diet is the most important thing to do to lose weight, even more than
exercise
. If you are in a calorie deficit and get your macronutrients right you will be able to lose fat while building muscle.

mitral valve repair wait
Still waiting for my op but in addition to the expected issues (tiredness, breathless upon
exercise
, can’t lie on my left side etc) I have had three bouts of sickness and diarrhoea in the last couple of months.

Graduation! - Achievement unlocked!
For a mid 50's bloke who hasn't done any serious
exercise
or sport since leaving school, this has been a real eye opener.

Arm Cast
The next technician who actually put my cast on, said he wouldn't run and said "I don't know what it is with you runners" (clearly he didn't run or do much
exercise
). Anyway, so I tried it last Thursday.

Feel very fatigued at times but try and walk or do some sort of
exercise
every day. Cardiologist says I have LVSD and LBBB. I'm on holiday at the moment but tired with the heat....decided maybe better than the cold UK. I may need a pace maker at some stage, if it's an option.

Cambridge area OP exercise class?
I have osteoporosis and would love to find a fun, regular, class run locally in the Cambridge area, which involves suitable weight resistance/core strength exercises and is aimed particularly at patients with OP (and run by a physio or someone who is knowledgeable about OP). Has anyone heard of such

Lots of gastro and walking (balance) problems put down to old age lack of
exercise
etc. problems at first diagnosed as TMJ but probably ruled out. Extremely painfully neck and shoulders all just dismissed. Pins and needles in both arms and hands and a slight urine incontinence is creeping in!

beautiful morning for a run
I’d promised my son I’d drop him off at the gym again for some gentle
exercise
( now that he is allowed to again) this morning so I parked up outside, gave him my car keys and my headphones case, and went off for my run.

Very high heart rate after exertion/exercise
Hi all, I'm trying to find out why my heart rate goes so high during
exercise
or exertion. I very recently began running again, and while I acknowledge there is an element of unfitness here I don't think it explains the whole story.
