My Bulimia is out of control
I have struggled with an eating disorder for 9 years now. I have not been diagnosed by a doctor, but my guess is I have EDNOS, because I go back and forth between bulimia and anorexia. Most of the time however I would say I am bulimic... it was at 13 years old when my distorted body image came into play

Bad
I had a couple good days followed by a couple bad days. Christmas seemed inevitable with that big Christmas meal we had. I'm frustrated. I was binge and purge free for like ten years and now it's back. It started back up again after I gained all that way on my meds. I hope I can kick this soon and live

I’m having my Frozen Embryo transfer (FET) next Friday and have had to ring the hospital today about the Cyclogest pessary, all sorted now! And ready to go ! I take Octasa for Ulcerative

1 red pepper, 100g cherry tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 tin of chickpeas, 100g spinach (I used frozen defrosted), 1tsp spice (I used smoked paprika), 4 eggs, olive oil Gently saute onions and garlic in an oven-friendly medium frying pan, add diced pepper, chickpeas and spice, saute for 7 mins
