Hi, I'm new on here but hoping to pick up tips and advice to help me lose weight. I've always had to be careful not to gain weight but after having my children (15 & 12), I gained some which I managed to lose but since having a kidney transplant 4 years ago I have just continued to gain and not lose, I was put on steroids 18 months ago to increase my anti rejection medication which has just made me gain more. I'm determined to finally get this weight off and keep it off.

Good morning auntmazza, having a positive attitude and telling yourself you can is a good starting point.

Wishing you lots of success on your journey.

I agree Honey10. I know for me a positive attitude makes a huge difference in everything I do. I have a lousy day at work if my attitude is lousy and a good day if my attitude is good. I have tried to remember this in the area of my weight loss as well and it does work. well said!
