Advice for estrogen vaginal cream
I've been using Estradiol (vaginal estrogen cream) for about a year or so. I've always used the applicator to apply the cream but I'm wondering if I can just smear the cream on with my finger. How many of you ladies apply the cream with your finger? I'm afraid if I don't use the applicator and don't

Vaginal Tablets Estradiol
Hi I've been on Tibolone since having full hysterectomy 3 years ago, following severe and rapid growing endometriosis. I went through such an ordeal with multiple surgeries in the end and whilst I'm ok and pain free now, it's always in the back of my mind that the endo could come back. I've been prescribed

HRT Patches Concern
I recently switched to transdermal HRT tablets from oral HRT, I'm not convinced, firstly because of my very abrupt menopause, mine was like falling off a tall building 🗼rather than a gentle decline. So I was taking 1mg estradiol and I femoston conti 1/10 tablet a day for 7 years making 2mg oestrogen

Endo results - meno or thyroid?
55 year old hypo diagnosed 20+ years ago, family history of hypo ( nan, mum and sister) . I also have vitiligo from my early 20s. I was tested for dry eyes when I was a teenager , so I think I've been hypo a long time.
Oct 23 GP bloods showed TSH 0.1, T4 18.9.

weight changes on Estradiol and cyclogest for FET
I’m waiting for the go ahead to start estradiol and then cyclogest as part of the prep for a FET but really struggled with the weight I gained during the 3 cycles we had. We had 3 cycles in 3 months and I gained so much weight with the stress and drugs. I’ve had a little gap in-between the last retrieval

additional test results
Hi, After my initial blood tests (listed in my previous post) 2 weeks ago showed hypothyroidism and iron deficient anemia my gp ordered some additional tests to establish the cause. These were taken at 8:45am in the morning fasted. Please could you help me interpret what they mean? If they are ‘normal

How many estrogen patches should I use?
I had a nice breakthrough today. 😀 I collected all of the available data on the number of estrogen patches that the studies have used, and plotted the measured serum estradiol level versus total milligrams of estrogen used every week. I was pleasantly surprised when all five of the data points

Orgovyx: Check, Barrigel: Check, Next Up: Ray-Gunz!
After 16 weeks on Orgovyx (relugovix) my PSA: 0.71 (from 16.5) and my Testosterone: 25-ng/dl (from I don't know what. Normal T is 250-800 I'm told.) I want to pass on that I've been able to greatly diminish some SEs from the drug. I now take the pill in the evening vs morning, at approx. 9 to 10 pm.

Testosterone
Good morning, After years of hormone therapy and low testosterone, my bloodwork from Thursday shows an increase of testosterone. My chart shows it’s been less that 7 for a number of years, now it’s listed as 8. Does this mean that the Xtandi/Eligard is not working anymore?
