I'm going to start Taxotere, what are the experiences that you guys have had with it?
I know not everyone has the same reaction, but I'm going to start Taxotere the first of May. I know these medicines supposed to last for 2 years but when I was first diagnosed I got the testosterone production halted, radiation, and started on some pills. No idea what they were. They only lasted about

anti androgren monotherapy and testosterone levels
As some of you know that have read my past posts, I am experimenting with Nubeqa monotherapy, which has brought on a bout of the man boobs. I was successful in convincing my doc to prescribe Tamoxifen, but have not yet started taking it, as I am waiting on blood tests to see where my estrogen/testosterone

My Personal "trial" of Cyclic Testosterone Therapy
I previously posted about my proposed personal experimental "trial" of high dose cyclic testosterone therapy for my severe hypogonadism (testosterone deficiency syndrome from ADT). Now I have completed both parts of the initial cycle. Note that this is NOT a formal clinical trial. It is a personal experiment

Timeline thoughts?
Hello, fellow warriors. Advanced, metastatic, Gleason 9, all cores, diagnosed 2 years ago but symptoms long before. High burden of mets everywhere (I think over 25). Only treatment to date is ADT with Zytiga. Close to 80 years old. PSA started rising a few months ago, and I'm now starting to have

Very ill since HRT and Moderna vaccine ….
Hi. Overactive for a few years then radioactive treatment causes me to go under active for the last 18 years. Menopause meant I was fitted with a more a coil 8 months ago to help symptoms and now trying HRT estradiol gel for three months so far. Huge weight gain but could also be because of poor diet

My doctor isnt onboard with using tamoxifen to lower E2
I just asked my Doc yesterday for low dose tamoxifen to counter the high estrogen levels that are creating man boobs. This is happening because I am taking Nubeqa as a monotherapy, and even though my testosterone is only in the 450 range, a lot of it must be converting to E2 and making my boobies grow

What's next after my failure of ARV-110 trial
Am I missing out on having a proven effective treatment of Carboplatin + Taxane/Docetaxel chemo, since I am BRCA2+, by going on to another trial instead? Next trial is possibly AC225 + Xtandi + Keytruda combo therapy. Trial effectiveness is clearly unknown, and could possibly make me too weak to handle
