What's your
estradiol
? 4. What's your
testosterone
? 5. What's your DHT (if you measure it)? 6. How long have you been using estrogen? And, anything else you'd like to share. I will analyze all of the data and present a report. Thanks very much! Bob

Update on my Estradiol experiment
Today was 6 weeks and I had
Estradiol
and
Testosterone
blood tests.
Estradiol
was <24 and
Testosterone
was 16, where it has been since I began Orgovyx in late 2021. As of June 5, I continue to experience some nipple tenderness which began after the second week on the patch.

Some advice on new lab results please
I am a 40 year old woman and have been feeling very weird lately. I was wondering if I entered perimenopause so I had a blood draw on 21st day of my cycle. I think my progesterone is low? estradiol: 110 ng/L progesteron: 9.13 microgram/L LH: 11.7 U/L FSH: 7.9 U/L (I am not on HRT)

Estradiol level before frozen transfer
Hi there My estradiol level before starting poi today is 1000. Is it too high for a frozen transfer? I’ve read somewhere that more than 500 would negatively affect implantation. My doctor isn’t concerned about it but I need some reassurance please 🙏🏻

Constipation is a known issue with the Orgovyx
I've been on Orgovyx (Relugolix) for around 2.5 years now. and find myself getting increasingly constipated. It's the most tenacious SE. My labs are all stable and my PSA is stable at <0.02. But I'm now on 4 types of laxatives and next am planning on getting an enema and trying that. I have an appt with

Could I be harming my heart & vascular system with my consistently high BP, despite being on lots of cardiac and BP meds?
Despite being on the following list of meds I'm still getting BP spikes, with my weekly average being in the high 140's/80's and I'm getting angina, with related symptoms, weekly (although less intense since being on isosorbide mononitrate). I've been taking my BP for almost a year now and so I know

Location of Estrogen Patches matters.
These plots compare applying estrogen patches to a forearm or to the scrotum. Overall, the average serum estradiol concentration is
3-4 times
higher for scrotal application, compared to forearm application. This is particularly relevant to estrogen users who use gel, cream, or spray products

How to convince a GP to prescribe estradiol patches?
I've been busy with ADT for almost 5 years and one of the most insidious SE has always been hot flushes. I find them quite debilitating as, when they hit (and that's often), I'm briefly incapable to concentrate/perform any task. After reading about some of you guys experiences with estradiol patches

How many Estrogen Patches to use?
Here's a plot of the Estradiol serum concentration (pg/mL) as a function of total dose (micrograms) of estrogen patches over 1 week. The plot tells the number of patches and how often to change them. The three data points fall nicely on a straight line, which makes good sense. The PATCH study used

Patches (I'm depending on you, son)
Dated pop reference - sorry. While my research has continued, my oncologist has nothing to give me within the SOC to keep the PSA in check. Now I've witnessed another unwelcome visitor: facial hair (it only took me 70 yrs to start shaving....) Joking aside however, that means the T is on the rise.

Estradiol, QoL and inflammation
Although I have been following the exchanges of this group for several months, this my first posting. I have (at 79) learned a lot from the pooled knowledge and experience of the group members. My inquiry ties in with posts regarding estradiol and the PATCH trial that have appeared the last couple

Advice for estrogen vaginal cream
I've been using Estradiol (vaginal estrogen cream) for about a year or so. I've always used the applicator to apply the cream but I'm wondering if I can just smear the cream on with my finger. How many of you ladies apply the cream with your finger? I'm afraid if I don't use the applicator and don't
