Estradiol E2 results 119pmol/L

I was scheduled to start my IVF circle this month but has been postponed ,the doctor is saying my estrogen level is high at 119pmol/L on day 2 ,Im confused tmsince if i convert this level in pg\nl is 32.4, please share your views on this.Thanks

Not sure,i have done a baseline scan and they didnt say i have a cysts,but one follicle was measure 2.3cm

Are you doing IVF or the blood test in different countries where they use different units? I would call the clinic and explain and double, triple check they understand that. It seems it could be a mistake x

Yes im doing IVF in a different country,i did call them and explain alot but the Doctor still saying the value is high it should be less than 50

My clinic guidelines prefer it to be under 50 pg/ml. To me it makes no clear sense. I would personally call back and cause a fuss, ask to speak to the doctor direct, etc. but I'm sorry you are having to deal with this!! So frustrating. Perhaps it's because of your scan or some other reason. Are you down-regulating? xx

If you convert this 119pmol/L to pg/ml it is 32.4, I called them and speak to the doctor but still she was insisting it is high it is above 50 and i gave up,it was so annoying and frustrating trying to explain this for 2 days.The doctor said i should use estrofem from day 15th to 25th of my circle then on next circle to do the test again, i’m so pissed off and dont know if i should continue with this clinic or move to the other
