weight changes on Estradiol and cyclogest for FET

I’m waiting for the go ahead to start estradiol and then cyclogest as part of the prep for a FET but really struggled with the weight I gained during the 3 cycles we had. We had 3 cycles in 3 months and I gained so much weight with the stress and drugs.

I’ve had a little gap in-between the last retrieval and starting the FET and I’ve managed to lose a little of the weight but I’m dreading all my hard work being undone when I start the FET drugs.

I’ve never had a FET before so never had estradiol and don’t know what to expect.

can anyone share any of their experiences with the drugs, weight gain or the whole FET process.

I know gaining a bit of weight is normal and a small price to pay but it’s been a really rough ride and we’ve been so unlucky at every turn. I also have a history of eating disorders so gaining weight is always difficult for me.

yeah sorry to say FETs do put on some weight for me, but I also have down reg with prostrap so that might mostly be why! You’ve answered your own question though it’s a small price to pay to help with the wee miracle it can make so please don’t worry about it and well done for losing some of the weight in between as I know from experience that’s incredibly hard even when you aren’t taking any hormones. HiSame problem is with me eating disorder 😢now I planningg for fet but I wore alot of pounds🙈so first of all I want to shed. Good luck for ur try🙏don't worry about weight gain when once you start. Finger crossed.
