I've been on Tibolone since having full hysterectomy 3 years ago, following severe and rapid growing endometriosis. I went through such an ordeal with multiple surgeries in the end and whilst I'm ok and pain free now, it's always in the back of my mind that the endo could come back.
I've been prescribed vaginal estradiol tablets to help with vaginal dryness (Vagifem) but a bit worried that they may trigger endo if estrogen is being put directly where endo grew last time. Does anyone know if it's ok to use? I guess it's about weighing up the risks with the benefits..

.Dr Wolff's V-san Moisturising Cream have you tried this? It's very good have a read at it. I can't have oestrogen as I geg dreadful migraines with it. Also it can cause errectile dysfunction if you read the side effects. I found it so soothing when I was burning etc and the ingredients seem quite natural. Good luck.
