Navigating endometriosis naturally
Hello everybody, I am new on here and would like to share my experience with you. I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis 5 years ago at 23 years old, followed by surgery. I'd spent years going round in circles with doctors on meds that make everything worse. The medicines prescribed numb your connection

Acupuncture for degenerative eye disorder
I booked a consultation with an acupuncture practitioner and signed up for the first week of treatment. The end result was amazing my vision is much sharper and areas that was blurry are clear and I can see. Although it is not a cure with maintenance I can keep my vision in tact. I will still be going

Tinnitus and hyperthyroidism connection
Dear members, Does anybody suffer with tinnitus as well as hyper thyroid? These two problems appeared for me simultaneously so I wonder if there's any connection. Has Anybody had the same experience and what helped? Any advice as what direction to go to look for answers will be appreciated. GP ignored

Parenting & Tinnitus
Hello, Would love to hear from anyone who suffers from tinnitus while having to care for young children. Do you feel it has had an effect on your ability as a parent? Or the responsibility helped with habituation/managing? I’m approx 7/8 weeks in now, having up’s and down’s. But I’m really pushing

Anyone experience with ear tubes / grommets?
Hi you all. My boy Thom (now almost 3 yrs old) was diagnosed with PCD when he was 6 months (he was born with a lung infection and was admitted to the NICU). His hearing has always been bad due to mucous behind his eardrums. Because of that he has behind-the- ear hearing aides. He is doing fairly well

TSH Levels / IVF / Miscarriage - Thyroid
Hey, so I’m not sure if anyone has had a similar situation.. I had my first round of IVF September last year - got pregnant & miscarried at 10 weeks. We are now ready to do frozen embryo transfer (as we have 5 frozen embryos). My acupuncturist suggested getting my Thyroid checked - I’ve had this done

Hello all. I'm new in this group and would like to know if anyone has experienced an increase in their tinnitus after taking Sulfasalazine, and also does it subside again after stopping this medication? I have had mild tinnitus for a few years after being a lifelong drummer in rock bands but was given

Pulsate tinnitus
Hi all :) Just a quick question, I wondered if anyone else suffers with pulsate tinnitus from time to time? My ears keep thumping, left ear also keeps going into a spasm, feels like my inner ear is fluttering/shaking it’s hard to describe! Then after my head feels sensitive and dizzy, so not sure

Hi folks, I hope you're all well. I've been on triple therapy now (methotrexate + sulfasalazine + hydroxychloroquine: max dose of all three) for the best part of a year now, and whilst trying to slowly reduce my prednisolone down 0.5mg a week (as I'd been recommended) experienced a big flare-up of symptoms

NADH Side Effects
I started taking NADH about a week ago. Instead of feeling better, I notice extreme fatigue, nausea and sleepiness but at the same time I have trouble sleeping. Has anyone else experienced these side effects?

Antipsychotic drugs and thyroid
My GP, fully aware that I’m hypothyroid, has prescribed Prochlorperazine Maleate 5mg tablets for dizziness and nausea. The prescription is x3 a day but I’ve found that just taking one when I actually feel dizzy and sick works very well - so I would probably take on average about 1x5mg a week. But should

Ever passed a decidual cast?? Because I did
Really was unsure whether to post this but here we go. I am currently waiting to see a consultant to discuss my endometriosis (recently diagnosed) and i have been put on provera while I wait. Initially it was great I felt amazing and had so much energy. Everything then started to go back to the normal
