Is CEFUROXIME a problem with covid vaccine
Does anyone know if an allergy to CEFUROXIME is an issue with the vaccine. My GP surgery called me today and have booked my vaccine for tomorrow, I asked about my two allergies and she said my allergy to penicillin isn't a problem but didn't know about the other, I have to ask when I get there. Its

In need of positive reinforcement
Hi all, I’m so sorry I haven’t been on here lately. As I’m sure you can imagine I’ve been quite preoccupied trying to figure everything out post covid. A year ago I lost my job, and my career prospects seem more bleak than ever. I live in New York and things have been getting more difficult as I’ve

Second Failed IVF Round - Endo & PCOS
Hello All, I am sad to say that my FET was not successful and this time round, I am hurt and shocked, far more than my first round. I have stage 4 endometriosis and PCOS, both my embryo transfers have been one year apart due to Covid. However, the second time round I was more hopeful as I had stuck

First Period after Failed IVF
Hi all, I have just had my second failed round of IVF. On my first fresh cycle, AF arrived 2 days before I was due to test and my period felt like a regular period. On my second round (FET), on my test day I was very positive as I hadn't yet come on my period, but sadly, it was a BFN and 4 days later

Acupuncturist advice (post FET)
Hi all, Went to see an acupuncturist today, which is 7dpt5dt; she said she was getting a very strong pulse and it literally lit up her smile. OTD is on Monday 8th; so my question is: has your acupuncturist made similar indications whether it would be positive or negative? Trying not to over think

Aaah! Developed piriformis syndrome and bit sciatica. Says it's common amongst new runners. Anyone found a solution to help?
Developed piriformis syndrome for first time ever at end week 5. Had a bit of a pain in right hip/buttock last week or so but then started getting weird sensations and shocks down leg. Looked it up and it says common in runners. I want to carry on but don't want pain to get worse. Anyone else had

Upping prognova again- lining even thinner than before! FET
I went for my scan today - Day 14 and after the last cycle getting cancelled I was really nervous. The only change they made from the last protocol (3x2mg prognova) was adding in a patch. So following everyone's advice I have been taking raspberry leaf supplements, raspberry leaf tea, vitamin E, brazil

Aids and adaptations.
Does anyone know if I can get any help with aids to help me. I have a walking stick. Which is becoming more difficult to use due to the pain in my shoulders, neck, elbows, wrists and arms. I asked my gp but no joy there. Any ideas , help, I am becoming a recluse.

Morphine usage and control of pain. One pain sufferers journey.

Fingers crossed for FET
So back in November I had a failed fresh cycle with my first attempt at IVF. They managed to freeze one embryo which the embryologist told me is top quality. So today I came on so phoned the clinic and they are able to fit me in this month for a FET cycle. I’m nervous and excited. Trying to remain positive

FET OTD - BFN 💔
Absolutely heartbroken that our first FET (second IVF cycle) has failed. I tested this morning when I was feeling slightly hopeful only to be hit with the hard truth that once again it hasn’t worked for us 💔 I’m always told that I’m young, my eggs will be good and with no known fertility issues on

New diagnosis of a 3cm AN.
Hi All. I'm new to this and just joined and I'm worried silly about this. I'll be getting a call from the consultants at addenbrookes (Cambridge) over the next few weeks apparently. I have had complete hearing loss in my right ear for the last 7 years (whilst living in France). Just had an mri scan

Is there something we can do?
I feel that this forum mostly consists of people acknowledging each other’s struggles but more often than not without any real answers or solutions (because we just don’t have them) and in a similar way to how reddit got together to change Wall Street with investments, or BLM protested and got the worlds

Covid jab with Azithromycin.
As well asPMR I suffer from bronchiectasis and take Azithromycin 3 times a week to prevent infection. I know antibiotics would not normally interfere with a virus jab but have read that this particular one was once considered as a cure for Covid. I’m now worrying I’ve stopped my jab from working. Can
