Yes I have suffered from tinnitus for a few years.Just recently I have had the pulsating tinnitus that goes with your pulse.I only notice it at night thank goodness.I have a clock by the side of my bed which has the white noise on it.I find if I put that on it helps.
It’s not nice is it.There is no cure so I have been told but you can learn to live with it.
Thank you so much, no it’s really not nice, makes me quiet scared when I get an episode then dr Google tries to tell me it’s serious lol. I don’t tend to get it every day, just every now and then so I’ll see how I go I’ve found playing the tv or listening to music is helping mine a lot! Thanks for your lovely response
Stress. Being over tired do not help when it happens try and sit down and relax. Full blown tinntinus is something no one wants. It is very excusiating
I have experienced pulsating tinnitus for about 3 years, a couple of years after my PA diagnosis. It mostly goes with my pulse with some occasional high pitched ringing. I find that is more noticeable when I am stressed out or very tired.
I try and distract myself with music or a podcast if it bothers me during the day.
I had no idea that it was a PA symptom until last year so I was kind of relieved that it was something that I already knew that I had!
Glad to know that I'm not the only person who experiences this. 🙂
I have it too. It probably did start at the same t8me as the B12d. I don’t find that B12 injections help so far. I’m now almost 2 years in. I live in hope though as it affects telephone use, making people think I’m deaf, which I’m not, just distracted by the pulsing
