Most recent laparoscopy came back negative, feel so invalidated and down, please help
Hello all, I'm quite late to the party but after my most recent laparoscopy yesterday, I feel very deflated and invalidated. I'm sorry for the long post but here is my story so far... From age 15 (I'm 32 now) I had terrible period pain, to the point I was bedridden some days and missing school, which

ACUPUNCTURE
Has anybody tried this and has it been successful for episodes? Has been recommended and I remember reading about it years ago but had forgotten. Then I suppose finding a practitioner that is skilled enough. Cheers

Cupping
I take 10 mg of methadone which works most of the time except when I get too much exercise or get dehydrated or get too little exercise or lots of other unknown reasons and I wake up in the middle of the night with RLS. The most surefire way for me to go back to sleep with no RLS is to use Chinese acupuncture

acupuncture in south London
I have a wonderful acupuncture practitioner in Crystal Palace, who practises 5 elements technique-she’s been so helpful, knowledgeable and supportive and I’m sure my stress levels & inflammation levels are managed much better with her help.
But
she’s moving to Scotland soon 🥲 I’m looking for

Diagnosis Anterior Cutaneous Nerve entrapment syndrome?
I had my ovaries removed in February 2020 via laparoscopy. I had had laparascopic diathermy and laser treatment for endometriosis in my 20s and 30s, but eventually taking the progesterone only pill meant I had no periods at all which was a massive result for me and I took them until I was 52. Unfortunately

All seemed to work for awhile then not. Yoga helps as does walking at night when I cannot sleep because of the RLS. Only get

Side Effects of Herceptin and Perjeta
I had 1.5 cm local, node negative breast cancer recurrence 3.3 years after my first breast cancer diagnosis. HER2+ PR+ ER+( triple positive). I opted not to have Chemo, but did have targeted therapy for the HER2+ cancer, Herceptin and Perjeta subcutaneous injections for a year. The worst constant side

acupuncture- to have or have not
following on my post about my hubby contemplating having acupuncture for his cervical stenosis. He was talking to someone today (a neighbour) who is a physiotherapist and also does acupuncture. She said acupuncture wouldn’t be the right thing for cervical stenosis. So hubby has kind of dismissed it

thickness of lining
hi all, I was wondering if someone can reassure me. I am due to have FET next week and I’ve had a scan today and my lining was 15.5 mm thick. I didn’t think much of it at first and after “googling” it I read a thick lining is going to be less successful for transfer. Obviously I’m worried and I did

Advice
Hi All, I have hearing loss in both ears and have tinnitus all the time. This is a difficult challenge for us all. The doctors just put you on betahistine or amitriptyline or alprazolam or any anti depressants they say it helps reduce tinnitus or improve blood flow to inner ear. This is the same

Frozen transfer tips
Hi everyone. I am preparing for a frozen transfer after my fresh transfer failed in February. I had wanted to wait until my cycle was back too normal . I had become disillusioned with all the acupuncture and reflexology and just all the things I’d stopped doing because of TTC for 3 years . Now I

yoga for all
I've mentioned before, I go to Hartford Health in Mystic, CT for Botox, Tai Chi, PD boxing and Yoga. But for yoga sometimes I'm the only person in the room. That bothered me because there had been acupuncture in the past and it somehow disappeared. Now the instructor--Mayra-- is hot so I
