update on sore Nipple!
so did go to see the Dr who agreed my breasts were quite tricky to diagnose due to the amount of scar tissue from previous mammoplasty - initially felt the tenderness was maybe due to simple fibroadinoma but wasn’t certain - so I was fast tracked to Derriford and my appointment is this afternoon. Interestingly

Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone could advise me about what to do going forward. In February 2023 I woke up one morning and I felt like the whole room was spinning and I was struggling to hear out of my left ear. This happened for over a week. I went to the doctors and they prescribed some antihistamine

Update from second scan
I had my second scan this morning and I was sad to see it was with a different nurse. At my last scan the nurse was so friendly, warm and empathetic - and clearly very experienced and good at her job. Today’s nurse was a bit cold, and she struggled to even find my left ovary and then when she did she

Hello, admin asked me to introduce myself...
Hello all. I am diagnosed with autoimmune hypothyroidism since around 2010. (Although, at that time the diagnosis was hypothyroidism, no mention of antibodies.) Back then, I didn't even have any symptoms in the first place (that I was aware of,) and was prescribed levothyroxine. I would say that to

Protocol received and hoping for some general tips!
We’ve received the docs today to confirm short protocol with meds starting from 12/10. Its starting to feel a bit real and I’ve definitely got knots in my belly. Can anyone tell me when you stop taking your supplements (DHEA, vits etc) leading up to meds? and when did you have acupuncture before

What to expect after stopping bisoprolol?
Hello. After a meet up with cardiologist, I was advised to stop the bisoprolol 1,25mg which I take daily. The reason I did a meet up is my daily anxiety, bradycardia (40s in rest) and dizziness. I need to continue with propafenone (anti arrhythmic) and currently waiting for an ablation date. My blood

Thin endometrial lining & Clomid & acupuncture
Hi everyone, I've just finished by first round of Clomid and have been for a scan this morning. They said that it looks as though my follicles are maturing as they should but my endometrial lining is thin (a possible side effect of the drugs). I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same
