Out of work
I've had endo for more than 20 years and apart for about 8 major flare ups I've managed to work. However since last September the pain has been unbearable I've been admitted 3 times since but been sent home eventually with painkillers. Last time I was in they gave me a prostap injection which I'm to

Here we go again
I'm new to this forum but I'm afraid not new to this disease. I just need a little advice really. I've had this disease for 20 years but was only diagnosed in 2004. I was put on the pill with little effect and then went on to zoladex implants for 6 months with again little effect. After phoning the consultant

Hi girls, Hope everyone is having a good pain free day! I'm having a really bad day today, I've been suffering with severe daily pain since my lap last November, I've now been bumped up to oramorph on my worst days and am about to lose my job. I started zoladex 3 weeks ago but still have no pain relief

Excruciating pain!
The last 3 days have been awful! To the point I can hardly walk around the house! Even with taking oramorph (which allows me up to an hours sleep if that). Really contemplating going to A&E, but being a student nurse and how bad the bed crisis is atm, I'd feel I was wasting people's time and resources

Ascitic drain - stomach cramps
Wonder if anyone else has experienced this. I had my fourth drain yesterday, normally I just bounce back with a new lease of life but yesterday and today I have the most horrendous stomach cramps. I've tried all sorts - I was prescribed Oramorph but need to be careful taking this as it's extremely constipating

TN... Anyone else had it bad?
The last week I've been sedated twice by a&e.... They have put me on oramorph.... It's making me sick, all the time and totally wiping me out... Which I can't really do because I have two small children and an o/h that works away from home... I'm getting very depressed with the pain, and all the doctors

Any suggestions for instant pain relief?
Pain is really bad today, crippling in fact! I am on regular amitriptyline 40mg for pain relief every night, today I have taken 20mg of oramorph, 1g of paracetamol and 400mg of ibuprofen and it hasn't touched it. Got a hot water bottle too! I am open to any suggestions that anyone might have? Thanks

Frankincense Oil
Hi all, I am having a very tough time at the moment. I've had a constant migraine since around April 2015. I'm awaiting a lumbar puncture to check pressures and then a release of fluid for increased intracranial pressure. On MST & oramorph (and warfarin) but unfortunately the morphine is not helping
