Is this diet book any good?
I received an email from Amazon recommending this diet book for polymyalgia. I have read on this forum how members find a low carb diet to be beneficial, but this diet recommends low fat and meat and suggests it might even help to cure PMR and prevent GCA. I have copied the summary below. What do members

Pre-diabetes study finds benefit in brighter days and dimmer evenings
The Guardian has another interesting study which might well resonate with some members. I think this line really meshes the paper into thyroid issues: “We know that a disturbed metabolism is so important in the development of diabetes, so if we have ways to improve that, we should do them

Hi all, I paid for a Blue Horizon blood test and wondered if anyone could help with the following feedback? These were only taken 1 week after my latest GP blood tests. - Am I right thinking this confirms that I don't have Hashimotos? - Generally levels look ok with exception of Ferritin which is still

Are oats ok for a gluten-free diet?
Hello there I’m hypothyroid and gluten-free because it helps with absorption of Levothyroxine (I’m not coeliac). I’ve been avoiding oats but I’ve now read oats are ok? What are people’s thoughts/experiences? Thank you

Vinpocetine BUT MUCH MORE: Are you taking your supplements right?
I'm one of those guys that does not like to be told how to do things. I don't much pay attention to whether a supplement bottle says to take something with food or on an empty stomach. How much of a difference can it make? Turns out, it can make a LOT of difference. VPN is well absorbed from small intestine

The importance of GOOD SLEEP 💤💤 . . . in preventing, & recovering from Type 2 diabetes, T2D ( - a larger category than T2DM).
