Hello :-)

Maybe try less flaxseed on your yogurt ?

I have to be honest I was putting it on my cereal for ages as I suffer with constipation now I have gone the opposite so keeping of it for a bit

Not sure if I have a stomach upset or I have overloaded on things like Flaxseed

Sometimes it can be hard to find that balance to suit you :-) x
