I’m in my first trimester, and finding that the taste of toothpaste is really making me feel nauseous and it lingers in my mouth for hours after brushing my teeth. Has anyone else experienced this during first trimester sickness? Its putting me off brushing my teeth... something I obviously need to be

Myo-Inositol
Hi everyone, I’ve know lots of people take Myo-inositol for PCOS but has anyone used it to improve their fertility in general? I’ve just got a supplement catalog through with my ubiquinol order and it mentions it’s good as a fertility supplement. Just wondered if it’s worth trying? I currently take

Hope to be helpful
If you’ve not read my old post with details I’ll summarize. I’ve had melanoma for 9 years, stage 1 boosted to stage 3 practically immediately and was excised along with my right ear. Entered a trial treatment which has since been approved, Ipilimumab. For a few years after I continued my foolish behavior

Looking for any advice!
Hi about 5 weeks ago I started with a change in my bowel habits, it could go from not being able to go to needing to get to the loo as fast as I can! It’s usually worse when I first wake up in the morning and then later at night! It’s driving me crazy! This probably all started when I was nearly due

Have lost sense of taste: taste buds changing. Sense of smell is good
Pre-GCA diagnosis, lost sense of taste and therefore, eating became rather sickening. Shed 25pounds in the process. Is this a side effect of PMR? Currently everything tastes acidic/ starches are like sawdust. Also, my body doesn't seem to warm up: always chilly.

Devastated to learn son may have CMT
Hi all, After many many months of trying to find out why my eldest handsome 16 year old son has developed scoliosis, muscle atrophy, losing weight and foot drop, a nerve conduction study and EMG revealed he has nerve damage in his arms and legs. Neurologist suspects hereditary poly neuropathy aka CMT

Herpes
So my roommate has genital herpes , and I accidentally tried a bathing suit on right after her , not remembering that she had it. How likely is it for me to contract the virus ? Any advice would be great

Much of the press has carried this story in various forms. I thought taking you to the original might be helpful. Do read carefully. [i]

Kidney failure following liver transplant
I'm now 7 weeks post transplant and my liver is working perfectly, but at clinic this week my kidney blood tests were elevated to moderate (stage 3) kidney failure. Is this common following a transplant and is it something that will improve or continue to be a concern or get worse? P.s. I am diabetic

How concerned should I be about spreading oral herpes?
I’ve had oral herpes since I was about 13 and only recently found out that even when there is no outbreak or symptoms, there is still a risk you can pass on herpes. This has led me to become almost phobic of touching my own lips in case I spread it to myself genitally and I’m particularly scared of
