Hi about 5 weeks ago I started with a change in my bowel habits, it could go from not being able to go to needing to get to the loo as fast as I can! It’s usually worse when I first wake up in the morning and then later at night! It’s driving me crazy! This probably all started when I was nearly due back to work after having my baby and being off cause of covid!
With my change in toilet habits this has now given me Hemorrhoids which at first wasn’t too bad but after speaking with the doctor yesterday it has now thrombosed 😢 it’s so painful and constantly bleeds but not loads!
Anyway I took a stool sample in two weeks ago and it came back no infection but was showing inflammation 😩! I have to re test next week to see if it’s still the same!! But with the painful Hemorrhoid I’m not struggling to go at all! I try not to eat much if I know I’m going out and get myself in a bit of a panic! Is this signs of ibs or something more! I’ve had enough now 😢😢

Have you tried Anusol cream or anything similar for the Hemorrhoid? This can be very soothing and works fairly quickly.
It's best to wait for your test results to come back. Even if the second test comes back with inflammation it doesn't necessarily mean you have anything nasty. It just means they'll need to do further investigation.
If you do have IBS, stress can be a trigger. You have a lot of changes going on in your life which could be contributing.
If you get an IBS diagnosis you can check back in here, since there is much that can be done to help your symptoms.
I haven't tried any of those, but until you get your diagnosis I'm afraid you don't know what you are dealing with, so you could be using inappropriate treatments.
To put your mind at rest, in these situations, statistically far more people come back with an IBS diagnosis and yes, IBS can have all those symptoms that you mention. IBS is diagnosed when other issues such as coeliac, chron's & colitis etc. have been ruled out. Did you have a blood test for coeliac? I think that this can only be diagnosed with a blood test not stool sample. It would only show up if you normally consume gluten.
