Not sure if I have thrush
I think I may have thrush but not 100% sure. I have a white-ish discharge but no itchiness, soreness or stinging. I've taken oral medication for it just in case but noticed no difference, unsure what to do

Claimed improvement in symptoms following dental treatment.
As someone who is terrified of the dentist (with consequent rare attendance) I found this interesting. Particularly, as I now have to visit one very soon. In my experience, the Japanese are not prone to hyperbole/exaggeration... also you might prefer to skip the 'treatment' part of the video clip 😬

AMG 509 personal update
I hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend. AMG 509 is working for others, but not me. My last update was 30 days ago, and the theme was No News is Good News. Since then, back pain and neck pain have evolved to become my constant companions. My oncologist agreed to order scans at 4 weeks instead

Liquid chalk highly effective in killing SARS-CoV-2 and influenza A viruses

Fascia Release
I’ve just been diagnosed with Fibro after all sorts of widespread pain, operations, PTSD and now menopause to add to the mix. I’ve recently started to research and practise fascia release firstly through a Pilates teacher and supplemented by guidance and videos on the web. I’m finding it’s really helping

Ductal PCA - Avoid T.U.R.P. and Self Cath
I have serious pissing problems with this cancer and after DX last fall, a TURP was done in December. From that sample, pathology determined this beast to be a Ductal PCA, a very aggressive cancer. Pissing problems returned in March, and the answer was to perform another TURP. Radiation Doc

What dosage of calcium supplement is recommended when on prednisolone?
I'm on 7.5mg of prednisolone. At my rheumatologists appointment today I advised him that I wouldn't be taking up his recommendation of Alendronic Acid despite having a very small amount of osteoporosis in my lower lumber region. I advised him that I was taking Caltrate which has 600mg calcium/200 IU

Androgen receptor (AR) heterogeneity ... and therapy resistance
New paper below [1]. Back in 2004, PubMed had the findings of a few studies that looked at PCa androgen receptor [AR] at diagnosis & in hormone refractory prostate cancer (HRPC), as CRPC was then called. At diagnosis - meaning before treatment - the AR was essentially 'wild type'. From a
