Hi everyone, I’ve know lots of people take Myo-inositol for PCOS but has anyone used it to improve their fertility in general?
I’ve just got a supplement catalog through with my ubiquinol order and it mentions it’s good as a fertility supplement.
Just wondered if it’s worth trying? I currently take pregnacare, ubiquinol and vitamin c but after 4 failed ivf’s and a recent miscarriage I will gladly try anything! X

I take it, but I also have PCOS. From the little I have read I think the studies so far are all quite small, but it does look promising for egg quality xx
I decided to take it for three months before our second ivf round (along with a whole bunch of other things) and we got very good results compared to the first round so I would recommend it. I also don’t have PCOS, just a slightly higher AMH but nothing off the charts.
