Does anyone use deep heat cream for aches and pains while taking warfarin,I have a very painful knee which I have had for weeks, and my doctor prescribed ibuprofen 10% gel and ice packs . This hasn’t helped at all so I have just used deep heat rub and it seems to help a lot with the pain.would be grateful

I'm New! Why are my symptoms worse with new dose of levothyroxine?
Hi there, this is my first post. Feeling rather confused and despondent but it has been comforting to find this site and see there are other people in the same boat. Would love a little advice to see if anyone has experienced what is currently happening with me. I know that I have Hashimoto's - this

"Off's" and Requip problems
Hi everyone, To"Parkies" who have a lot of "off" looks as if you need a revision of your medicines. A neurologist who has a special interest in Parkinsons is the best. Requip is a good medicine, but I have experienced vivid dreams, and not much REM sleep. The neuologist reduced Requip depå till 2mg/

Good morning, I'm still new to thyroid issues and still learning about it- I had raised TSH (6.2) and have started on levothyroxine (25mcg per day). We discovered all this on our path to trying for a baby- no success after 2 years... The thing I'm trying to learn about now is will the high TPO affect

Essential Tremors
Although I do not have Parkinson’s, I do have essential tremors which are profound. A year ago I had DBS surgery on the right side and this has proven to be outstanding. I feel that I am in the wrong forum. Maybe there is another forum for essential tremors which may be more beneficial.

New here digestive symptoms
My daughter is 5 weeks into her gluten free diet [ to help Hashimotos Hypothyrodism ] and has been suffering with “offensive wind” since the first 1-2 weeks on the diet which she finds very distressing. She has low stomach acid due to B12 deficiency and takes acid tablets, digestive enzymes and probiotics

Gone gluten free, worried about diabetes.
I have gone Gluten free since being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. This has helped me considerably, with my tummy cramps etc. My anti body results have reduced and so have my all my Thyroid results. However, I’ve noticed looking at the back of Gluten free items the sugar content is high. Does a gluten

Curious about Fructans
I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease about 5.5 years ago. With recent news online about Fructans and their potential to cause much the same symptoms as Coeliac disease, among other things, it got me wondering... Can the consumption of Fructans have the same adverse affect on the villi of the gut lining
