How to Age Well
Volunteers aged 65 or older began working out twice a week by jogging or
cycling
. After three months, scientists studied before and after skin samples. Exercise had produced distinctive changes in the skin samples, which now resembled those of 20- to 40-year olds.

Lot of walking and some
cycling
since i was at home. . Pranayam and yoga daily - 1 hour Next 3 months: . More liberal with food so ate out few times. . Ate non-veg 2-3 times per month. Change from my past life was that for 1 unit of chicken, i would eat 3-4 units of vegetable.

I ache, but I don't hurt which is good for me, I have a problem with my knees not all caused by weight, came off a motorbike when I was 17 and lower impact sports especially
cycling
had always helped me, but I've always wanted to be able to run distances, I don't mean long distances but anything more

Mood disorder diagnosis
I’ve read there are other types of bipolar such as rapid
cycling
but not all doctors seem to know or recognize those kinds. I’ve heard of people getting diagnosed with it though. I got off the antidepressant last week.

20k IN UNDER AN HOUR……………...BACK ON THE BIKE AGAIN!!
Cycling
would only be working the ankle in the correct forward and back plane. Great. After a late start, even with the extra hour, I headed out along my speedstrip running route, where I set my 10k PB a couple of years ago.

WK9 R2 one to go!
I did this one with my Father in Law
cycling
alongside of me. He is very pleasantly surprised I am informed by my partner. He has known me up to now to be very inactive and beer drinking.

Newbie... Falling over myself to lose weight
Although large, I'm normally very active - I spent the summer
cycling
and kayaking. Apparently it's going to take 6-12 months for this injury to heal no
cycling
or kayaking for now.

I look forward too sharing my next activity tomorrow either if it's walking
cycling
or maybe a run we shall see. But I do understand fully that I do need more structure and make a exercise plan that revolves around my life.

First Home Run W5
Wow this was so very different it was like being on the M4 lots of people running and even more
cycling
so l was dodging them as well. Everyone ignores each other in their own little world which was fine by me after all lm not used to running in public places.

Feeling tired and lazy.
Well I ended up very tired today because of work and of course yesterday's long
cycling
ride and hard core gardening. I ended up having a midnight snack last night which included my breakfast and a cheese sandwich.

I waved him past but, instead, he made a huge drama of
cycling
round me, into the road and back on the path in front of me... tw*t..!! 🖕🏻 My happiness at finding a path was short lived... 50 yards on and I found a row of 8 cars parked on it, and I mean on ALL of it..!!

Back in AF 4 days after Cardioversion Any advice?
I have been very active over the last 20 years, (
cycling
5.000 + miles per year, rides of 100 plus miles etc). I am 56 years of age. I don't smoke, have a pretty good diet. I hardly drink at all now since my diagnosis. I had a cardioversion last saturday which was successful at the first attempt.

Keeping fit and Healthy
When I am out
cycling
there is an exercise park nearby to where I live. I stop and I get on this rowing machine and do 140 strokes on it, after that, I carry on
cycling
. I don't go on really long cycle runs now as I used to, frequent short rides are just as good as long energetic runs.
