Enjoying my daily outsideness
Be sensible and use it wisely, running,
cycling
, walking or other things that give you reason to be out there..... There's less traffic noise, more birdsong. There's two +'s 🙂. One duck Ducks observing physical spacing 👍 Not an aqueduct but a viaduct!

PMR and CBD Oils
I am now walking 4 miles a day,
cycling
and do a bit of yoga happily. I take the spray version in the mouth and there are several other ways of taking it. Hope this helps you and gets some research underway.

Catching Covid 19
I decided to go for a walk and was passed by numerous people walking, running and
cycling
who all passed me at a distance of less than 2 metres, now I'm terrified,I may have caught the virus and as I have mild COPD, hypothyroidism, depression and anxiety I am completely convinced I'm going to die if

To gym or not to gym?
Looks like I will be missing my weekly gym fix until the current crisis is over, have to make do with my exercise bike, stepper, and weights combined with
cycling
and walking when the weather permits. 🤔

More on patches
Hello All, Have already tried hot and cold patches on shoulders/arms to reduce discomfort from PMR during
cycling
... Now I have tried the "Nurofen" patches; which release a measured dose of Ibuprofen over 24 hrs.

Why do we run?
That’s tonight’s philosophical question.....I’d never enjoyed running at school......grew up in the Lake District and everything you did involved a hill...walking,
cycling
, running.....always a hill, unavoidable. I hated it. I couldn’t do it no matter how hard I got shouted at.

Done C25k
Cycling
is no good as an exercise as I can’t get my bpm above 80. As such I got my C25k app, chose Laura and a Spotify music list and gave it a go. 1st week was terrible and you start the next week with no belief that you can do what is asked.

Oxygen levels
My level drops to 73% while
cycling
and I wanted to know if that’s too low and I should stop and take some breaths in or keep
cycling
at a lower pace? Thanks Dani

Hitting a brick wall.
Up to now I have been relatively ok, increased my activity by walking around an hour every day and now introducing
cycling
for 40 mins as and when the weather will allow. Today however I woke feeling tired, no energy and very emotional.

Help interpreting blood results
On diagnosis three years ago I weighed 90kg and was was
cycling
fit. I've always been 'bulky'. Are these results consistent with the amount of prescribed Levo? Is there anything more I can do?

First 5k since the accident - near miss with some dog poo
Anyway - very pleased to have done a 5k, albeit a very slow one, after having been prohibited from running and
cycling
for weeks on end!

Three years later
I have not tried to regain my original fitness level, worrying that this would also bring back the AF, but I have been out
cycling
and walking regularly. I started off very steadily, over short distances with no hills and gradually increased the intensity.

Grateful
Angry at first, because I have spent my life
cycling
, hiking, and climbing and thought that I probably would never get heart problems. Now grateful that afib was caught. The ER nurse said the cardiologist that I was refered to was the best in the area in his opinion.

Oxygen levels while exercising
My oxygen levels drop to 73% while
cycling
, is that a matter of concern? Shall stop the ride and take a few breaths in or shall just slow down and keep going? Thanks

A little confussed
The only thing I remember was that in my head I was
cycling
through why I felt worthless. Has this happened to anyone else before? I’m just confused at what just happened.

Aortic Valve Replacement - 34 y/o Male. Rehab for sport
I decided to go fo for the inspiris resilia valve for two main reasons: 1) I want to continue to be very active with football,
cycling
and hiking and so didn't want blood thinners just yet.
