Week 9 and just finished my 3rd 30 min run....phew! Delighted and a bit proud of myself.....seems like yesterday when I was worried about starting that very first run!
I feel better, sleep better and look better....lost 16 pounds by cutting the sugar and carbs, switching beer for wine and drinking loads of water. My blood pressure back in normal range too! A great experience and nice having a focused purpose like this whilst the weather and the world has been a bit mad. I expect to continue with a few runs a week but blend in some cycling, long dog walks and Golf to keep things fresh! Thanks to all for ongoing support! Hurrah!
