Can I reduce my Bisoprolol further?
For the past 3 months I have embarked on daily exercise of a very energetic nature, (before that it was mainly daily walks, now its strenuous gym and
cycling
), which is now resulting in bouts of light-headedness associated with mild nausea.

Is there anyone who has completed c25k following a dynamic hip screw being fitted?
Then late last year, I broke my hip
cycling
to work and had a DHS fitted. This week, I started week 1 again. I hear of people running after a full hip replacement but can't see anything about a DHS and just wondered if I need to be wary of anything.

Wild goats invade Welsh seaside town during lockdown.
There was the roar of the wind in my ears and the landscape of woods, hills, vast beaches and the wide, wild sea spread out before me as I flew down the hill once all the hard slog of
cycling
, and pushing the bike up the hill, was over.

Feeling Great !!
Just wanted to say that after having 4 stents fitted earlier in the year I’m now following a great fitness programme which involves running,
cycling
, HIIT.

A Bad Day in the Office
So I did some strengthening of the hip muscles, standing on one and only leg for five minutes, and
cycling
4.5km in 12 minutes. 😁 Today is another day...

Link between TBI and cardiac trouble?
I was hit by a car when I was
cycling
last year and got a moderate brain injury. I've been working hard to adapt to my new life and all the new challenges. I've recently been diagnosed with AVNRT which is a type of supraventricular tachycardia.

10k training plan in 3 weeks?
I also Crosstrain
cycling
2/3 times per week too. Also does anyone have specific workouts to do that will prepare me for a 10k race. Thanks in advance.

Benched for the foreseeable future
Well, I've been using
cycling
as cross-training until I could run again, and yesterday on a lovely bike ride around a lake I managed to fall off my bike, breaking my right foot.

If out
cycling
this is 10 minutes but if I’m
cycling
into the wind or a very slight incline it’s literally 5 minutes but Luckily I live in a flat area . I know this is an improvement to what I was like pre stent but was hoping for something better .

I’ve done it!!
So I graduated tonight with my 8 year old son,
cycling
along side me. Such a wonderful moment ( it was his 1st cycle with me running having only learnt to ride a couple of weeks ago) . He kept on shouting “ come on mummy , I’m proud of you” 😊... I was so proud of him too.

Hi guys and gals
I don’t always want to run, today for example i did a bit of running in my cardio session, but then mixed it up with rowing and
cycling
. I broke a PB with my running the other day though, so it’s nice to know that I’ve still got it when I do run.

Cycling and PAF
However, it occurred to me that
cycling
might not be the best thing for PAF-
cycling
up hills, for example, might get the heart pumping too hard. Does anyone know if there is a recommendation for or against
cycling
for those with PAF, or has anyone had any AF problems whilst
cycling
?

At-home workouts during achilles injury restitution?
I've picked up
cycling
as my alternative cardio training while I wait for my ankle to heal, but I'm also wanting to do some at-home workouts in the 'time slots' when I would usually run to keep up the habit of regular exercise.

1st Rehab run🏃
Thought I'd keep my legs warm so donned a pair of
cycling
leggings and felt like Instructor57 😂😂😂 In the end I wish I hadn't as temp was 21C and looked like I'd just come out the shower when I'd finished😂 Anyhow all was good but made sure I did dynamic stretches before my run and a longer warm up

A new path - 4 weeks after Aortic Valve and Root Op
I did have a lazy day because just felt a bit tired - my legs feel as though I've been doing serious amount of running/
cycling
most mornings. Heartbeat still seems loud. Am now in Cornwall visiting in-laws which is nice change and the 6hr car ride wasn't any more uncomfortable than 'before'.

Chest X-Rays Clear, I have got really fit and lost all of the weight (20lb) as a result of steroids, no blood in clearing throat and
cycling
18 miles a day improves the situation I was using a preventative inhaler last year as it was thought I may have been slightly asthmatic.

HUHM 5K Virtual Run
Followed the route I had discovered during my July
cycling
month. Still very humid despite torrential rain yesterday evening. Overall was pleased with the run, completed in just under 31mins (30:53) no ill effects of taking a complete break from running for July.

Galoof like me.
I hate running and much prefer
cycling
, although this app has got me somewhat hooked. The fact I’m still running after 3 weeks proves it! I’ve even brought some new running shoes. I’ve also taken on the gauntlet of 5:2 dieting, in this process I’ve lost nearly 2 stone in over a month and a half.
