I’ve been using the couch to 5K app. I hate running and much prefer cycling, although this app has got me somewhat hooked. The fact I’m still running after 3 weeks proves it! I’ve even brought some new running shoes. I’ve also taken on the gauntlet of 5:2 dieting, in this process I’ve lost nearly 2 stone in over a month and a half. This isn’t a ‘bragging post’ but rather an encouragement to others... if a Galoof like me can do it, YOU most certainly can.
