Hope you’re all well, it’s been a minute hasn’t it. I’ve been so bad at keeping up with everything, even my Strava seems to get backed up lately. I do think about you all often though and wonder how you’re all getting on.

I’m still doing my thing at the gym, I go quite a few times a week, still running, although only on the treadmill these days. I do think about taking my running back outdoors but I just love the convenience and variety of the gym.

I don’t always want to run, today for example i did a bit of running in my cardio session, but then mixed it up with rowing and cycling. I broke a PB with my running the other day though, so it’s nice to know that I’ve still got it when I do run.

The main thing though with the ability to constantly change my routine is the distraction has helped me massively. I feel in such a better place than even just a few weeks ago.

Sending you all love and hugs

Happy running.

D.

Good to hear from you again on here and I’m glad things are going better for you!

The best thing for you is what works for you - and obviously being In the gym is doing that right now. If you fancy running outside, then outside is there waiting for you!

Well done for keeping going - in the gym! 👏👍

Glad to hear you are feeling better than you were. The good thing is that you are still exercising and are consistent with it and that can be very hard to do. Just keep doing what makes you feel good and put in some posts now and again as they are interesting 👍

Just in case it’s of interest, I’ve just dropped a rowing interval workout review in the Strength and Flex Forum. healthunlocked.com/strength...
