HUHM 5K Virtual Run

Completed the 5K run this morning. Followed the route I had discovered during my July cycling month. Still very humid despite torrential rain yesterday evening. Overall was pleased with the run, completed in just under 31mins (30:53) no ill effects of taking a complete break from running for July.

Yes, I enjoyed cycling regularly but missed running.
