It's appreciated someone thought to put me in the mental health hub category although I haven't requested it.

Although there have been periods in my life when situations have arisen that have caused me psychological distress I am not in need of psychological support.

I was a counsellor for over 20 years and a counselling supervisor. Working one to one, facilitating group counselling and providing groups on stress, relaxation, meditation etc.

I have a couple of friends who have worked in the same field so if and when I need the support I have it.

So once again thankyou but it's not something I'm in need of.
