Angina symptoms but apparently there's nothing wrong with me! What should I do?
Hi. I have been having angina symptoms on exertion and when stressed for about 9 months now along with palpitations at rest. I was referred by GP to Rapid Access Chest Pain clinic, have had chest x-ray, 2 resting ECGs and a Cardiac CT scan. After waiting 5 weeks for result of CT, I rang to chase and

High active b12
Hello, I just had my active b12 test results back from Vitapath. Its come back as 128 which I think is above the max range of 108. Does this mean my body is not using the b12 correctly? I have looked at my genetics and don't recyle b12 well. My standard b12 levels were very high but intrinsic factor

Living Hell (SORRY FOR THE LONG POST)
I guess I should start from the beginning. I was diagnosed with ovarian cysts at 12yrs old. My appendix burst when I was 13 as they dismissed the pain as a cyst, this caused huge amount of problems and I'm 30 yrs old in a few months time and the passed 7 years have been hell. I had my first diagnostic

Tired of the pain
My chest always hurts. Blood test, chest X-ray and ekg are all normal. 28 and good blood pressure and heart rate. Even with all signs pointing to anxiety I can’t help feel it’s more. I just want to feel normal because without your health you have nothing. I have no energy and isolate myself only leaving

As I said in my comments in my introduction, I am due to be assessed at cardiology unit after developing Stable Angina symptoms while in hospital for a Spinal Decompression on the 28th February, over 4 weeks ago. Since the operation I cant walk or climb stairs normally without inducing chest, neck,

Intrinsic factor
I’m confused. Does negative IF mean you have the enzyme or not? Or you have the antibodies? Or not? Pleased to say my B12 count at 8 weeks was excellent - 2000 - so the 12 weekly jabs may be working and sufficient. So why am I getting neuro symptoms after 5/6 weeks? Pins and needles, the staggers,

GP stopping my B12 injections despite a positive intrinsic factor antibody result
I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2007. In 2010 I suffered a numb tongue and extreme fatigue - my b12 level was 117. I tested positive for intrinsic factor antibody and was told I had pernicious anaemia and would be on b12 injections for life. In 2013 I relocated to the seaside so registered

Good reason not to choose a dog the same colour as your flooring!
Not been the best day..... have been awaiting my chest x-ray results. GP believes I have inflammation of my sinuses and prescribed nasal steroids. He also sent me for an X-ray to be precautious as was recently treated for latent TB. Phoned for results and radiographers report said he wants GP to discuss

Hairloss
My hair is starting to shed at a fast rate again. It was growing back thicker and fuller then just about a month ago it starting coming out in clumps. I have less than a quarter of my original hair from when I was first diagnosed and that was still after significant hair loss. It’s really getting to
