I eventually got started on a new regime of Oestrogen patches, oestrogen tabs, viagra tabs and pentoxifylline tab to build up my uterine lining for DE FET after an abandoned cycle early March due to my uterine lining not going beyond 4.5mm.
I have been using Vitamin E(3tabs),Folic Acid(2 tabs) and L-arginine (1000mg). I also started using castor oil packs over my lower abdomen since Saturday.
What more can I do please?
I’m worried sick as the consultant did not sound positive this new regime will work since the last one dint and recommending us straight to Surrogacy.
Please I will appreciate any advice/recommendations
Thanks in advance

Haven’t been in the same situation as you but I have been having acupuncture in preparation for my transfer Friday, I was told it helps with the lining. I was willing to try anything that might help me in this cycle. Sorry this info is no good, but thought I’d mention it. Xx
My transfer was also cancelled in March due to my lining being too thin (4mm). I am currently taking Oestrogen tablets and have started drinking Pomegranate juice - which I have heard boosts blood flow to the uterus. I have also started walking each morning and doing Yoga at home (Pocket Yoga app). My next scan is next Thursday, so it will be interesting to see how thin/thick my uterine wall is. Good luck to you! X
Thanks for your response Joy83. I see we are in same boat. My scan is on Tuesday. Have you tried castor oil pack too? Heard it helps increase blood flows too.
I haven’t tried Castor oil packs - thanks for the suggestion. Yes, fingers crossed for both of us that we make it this cycle. Thank you! 😊 Sending baby dust your way too! All the best for Tuesday! X
My clinic usually have me take aspirin to try to improve blood flow too so you could ask about that although the pentoxifylline may have covered that one. My lining has been a b!tch in the past too. Try some walking to try to increase blood flow with exercise and the fertility yoga pose of putting you legs up against the wall - link below. The only other things I tried was DHEA as I took this in my fresh cycle and got a decent lining. Also drinking pomegranate juice and beetroot juice is supposed to help but I found fresh beetroot juice quite a challenge, its an aquired taste. Best of luck!xx
Cinderella5 thanks for your response. I walk but not tried yoga. Thanks for the link too. I drink promegranate juice from Holland and Barrett first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Beet frost is a challenge for me too😊
Sorry to hear about this. I too have thin lining issues and nervous of upcoming FETs. As mentioned previously my clinic uses viagra too and also blood thinners to help with this: clexane and aspirin. And also I’ve been told if my lining is still thin then they will offer a Neupogen uterine wash. Perhaps you could ask your clinic about this ? I’ve not had it before so can’t offer advice if it helped me yet.
