As I said in my comments in my introduction, I am due to be assessed at cardiology unit after developing Stable Angina symptoms while in hospital for a Spinal Decompression on the 28th February, over 4 weeks ago. Since the operation I cant walk or climb stairs normally without inducing chest, neck, jaw and arm pain. I have to slow down to a barely moving pace. At the ambulatory care unit I was given a chest x-ray, and a CT looking for Pulmonary Embolism but lungs were clear and heart presented normal size. Was prescribed Aspirin, Isosorbide Mononitrate and a GTN spray but these don't appear to be working because the symptoms have not been alleviated at all. If this sounds familiar to anyone is there anything I can ask my doctor to consider prescribing to overcome these very debilitating symptoms.

Unfortunately you posted this additional information whilst I was replying to your first post. You are now in the hands of the cardiology department.
My thoughts now are that you should have an exercise ECG probably follows by an angiogram if this suggests narrowed coronary arteries are the problem. When is your appointment?
Appointment is for the 12th April.
To answer your question in your first reply: the leg pain started after about 5 minutes in the quads and if I continued walking gradually developed in intensity and spread into the glutes making me stop at which point the pain would dissipate after resting.
