And does a high level of
calcium
indicate its not going where it's supposed to anyway?? Is this a common issue with hypo auto immune thyroid patients?

Thyroid meds with calcium?
I am having a very hard time fitting in
calcium
(two 500mg doses), iron, and magnesium, all of which I need and have to be taken apart from each other. I also take Pepcid (for gastritis) 30 min before dinner. This can interfere with absorption of all of the above.

I’m taking
calcium
, Vit D and Vit K2. Does anyone have any advice on what else I could or should be doing? From everyone’s replies it would seem I’m on quite a journey, thankfully I’m part of this community and am truly grateful for your support 🙏

Hemin may be useful as prodrug for prostate cancer. It strongly induced caspase-3 activation, PARP degradation, and apoptosis in PC-3 cells
Notably, hemin had no significant effect on intracellular
calcium
signaling and cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR), a cyclic AMP (cAMP)-regulated chloride channel, and it showed a weak inhibitory effect on ANO2 at 3 μM, a concentration that completely inhibits ANO1.

3mgs "maintenance dose"?
Put on 15mgs pred, AA (without a DXA 🤔) which was changed to Risedronate earlier this year, Omeprazole, and OTC
calcium
/vit D. I have had a few ups and downs tapering (most recently had a 3 to 2.75mgs taper scuppered by Covid.) I feel that perhaps 3mgs is where I need to stay for a while.

Raised Blood Pressure on Nifidipine
In order to counteract oesophageal issues I now take Nifidipine which is a
calcium
channel blocker. I also take a diuretic. However my BP raised to averages of 137/85 with no change to diet or exercise. Going back to GP as we recognised when we switched that we needed to monitor.

advice on bisoporol
Is there and alternative beta blocker that does not affect memory or would
calcium
channel blockers be better and what’s the side affects with those. I’ve posted a few times and no one has answered, I would be very grateful if some advice could be thrown my way please.
