PAD or sciatica
Had a CT angio 4 years with Zero
calcium
score. I thought PAD was worse on walking whereas my pain goes. Sitting not good either. Am I in denial for PAD? Don't want to see GP at moment.

Few quick questions if anyone would be kind enough to reply
says on the packet each tablet contains 1500mg
calcium
carbonate (=600mg
calcium
) and 400 I.U. cholecalciferol (=10 mg vitamin D3). and yet ive noticed some people on here are taking far more than that. Is this the correct dose? and why would people be taking more?

After hearing that I stopped taking the
calcium
I had been buying myself. It isn't prescribed here in NZ, though calocalciferol, ( VitD) is. What does anyone think ? Did anyone else note Dr Daspupta saying no need to take
calcium
? Did I pick that up incorrectly?

Risks Associated w/Too Many Medications
I'm currently taking 8 medications for which there are no listed drug interaction effects, but I can't help but wonder whether doctors and pharmacists actually know what happens when so many medications are taken. Currently, I'm on: Carbodopa/Levidopa Rasigiline Nurianz Bupropion Gabapentin Quetiapine

11 years old with Gross hematuria but no other symptoms
Low potassium and high
calcium
on her blood result. And there was some protein(1+) in her urine. The urine color is light pink or orange right now, and sometimes we can see really tiny clots in it.

Health Anxiety Again
I just had a
calcium
score test done of my heart, and there was no buildup there. I am a little 47 year-old female.

Symptoms improved. Plan of action going forward. Do’s and Dont’s
Vit D and
Calcium
supplements to be left until after the Dexascan (if required). More blood tests next week. With regard to the PPI, she said that if I stop taking it then I may be OK, I may have some symptoms, or I may just start bleeding without any warning. She said it was my decision.

Deglycyrrhizinated licorice and acid reflux
A recent test showed
calcium
levels above range, My integrative health doctor suggested getting off the tums and taking this form of licorice which has been formulated without the part that interferes with pred. She also said follow up with the GP about the high
calcium
level.

If not Albutrix then what?
In order to sense check price, does anyone know of a comparable ketoacidanalog supplement (even if without the 'unique selling point' of low
calcium
). Cheers

How do you lower the calcium in blood?
Hi, Please advise on how to lower the
calcium
. It came a little high in the blood test. The value should be between 8.7-10.2. Mine came to 10.4 for the result. I know I need to cut down dairy items, but besides this any other things?

Dilitiazem and Heartburn
Dilitiazem is supposed to be the least likely of the
calcium
channel blockers to relaxt the LES and cause heartburn but wondered if anyone else noted a correlation? Thanks for the input.

Has any experienced a red neck?
My thyroid levels are within range but my parathyroid and
calcium
have been high but since no nodule was presented on my ultrasound my endo told me that my high
calcium
is possibly genetics.

COVID Death Discovery: Israelis Discover Role of Vitamin D Deficiency
Vitamin D helps the body regulate its
calcium
and phosphate and keeps teeth, bones and muscles healthy. For most adults, 20 ng/ml is a normal amount of vitamin D, though the amount a person needs each day depends on their age.
