2000 iu's of D3 based on your result looks fine. Are you supplementing VitK2-MK7 ? This can ensure increased calcium is directed away from soft tissue (arteries) and into bones and teeth.
It seems people with Hashimotos have issues with low VitD. Research done in Crete !
