what do you guys personally take for RLS?
if you’d be willing, could you tell me how bad it was before you took any meds, and how it is currently after finding the regimen that works for you? i just took a clonidine to try to sleep (it’s 1:30 am) because apparently my legs decided it was a good night to act up. has it ever helped anyone with

Amazing feat !!
Having been to several others before over the years, I was surprised when she told me, your small intestine is inflamed and your vitamin B12 and
calcium
are low. Armed with this information, I went back to the GP for more blood tests - all normal except gluten.

Advice on diet, especially dairy, soya, wheat, and low GI diet
Re dairy, I saw a nutritionist recently who advocated some dairy in the diet, particularly as some dairy alternatives are not as low on the GI and also do not contain as much protein or
calcium
.... another book I have says to avoid dairy altogether..... same confusion with wheat.

vitamins online
I have been searching for vitamin-D tablets online for
calcium
deficiency. I am actually pretty skinny, so every time I hit somewhere, it hurts the bone pretty much more. So I searched online and saw it might be a vitamin deficiency. I came across plenty of websites, but there are quite a few.

I also have osteopenia, not treating with fosamax but with
calcium
, K2, D, strontium, and magnesium. I also have a weighted vest and do weight bearing exercise. I take turmeric for my immune system and inflammation.

Hello I am new here. I have longstanding CFS/ME and Osteoporosis. I have been prescribed Prolia and wonder if I am out of options.
I take D3, B12 in a spray, and try to incorporate
calcium
in my food, eg tahini. Vitamin C with plenty of lemon juice. I have never smoked and can't drink alcohol. I am pretty thin at 7 stone, height 5 foot 1 and a half (unchanged) I am very small boned and have never had a fracture.

calcium
tablets, iron, folic acid, humira, embrel..so far humira and 5mg predisone and of course ibuprofen works for me. I have 3 children said I couldn’t any and I would be in a wheel chair by the age of 30.

Fatigue and depression
👉🏼I take iron, omega3,
calcium
and Vit D. 👉🏼I sleep well (generally speaking) 👉🏼I exercise every day on good days. Some days you’ll find me up a mountain or doing 50 lengths in the pool. 👉🏼Having a list of things I can do on bad days is no help. I can’t get out of bed/off the sofa.

Calcium
Anyway, my consultant now says I need combo vit d and
calcium
. Was fine on vit d only. Tried chewy
calcium
, developed itchy mouth. Now have tablets and have horrible taste in mouth and sore. If I stop them it goes. Not sure where to go with this one.

Hello Beloved family. All well and having a quiet restful day I hope. Merely to complain because I can. I thought computers and connectivity were supposed to make our life better. Whatever better is. I find myself as years go by becoming more frustrated by electronics which are far from simple

Update
A trip in to the oncologist about a week and a half after starting Capecitabine and my
calcium
was 12.4 so I was sent to the ER to flush out the
calcium
. I only thought I’d be there for 8 hours or so. 2.5 days later I went home.

Taking thyroid hormone with bottled or distilled water?
Now, I´ve read that can decrease hormone absorption as it contains both
calcium
and magnesium, and that it´s better to take thyroid hormone with distilled water. Has anyone else noticed a difference between taking thyroid hormone with bottled water vs distilled water?
