Nearly a year after ADT and all clear with testosterone recovering well. Been advised by a fellow runner to try a supplement of magnesium, zinc and calcium. The Onco has no objections. Are there reasons no too? Thank you.

I would talk to a couple of respected nutritionists, healthcare providers, etc but lately Calcium supplements have been questioned.
Hello Runner1957
I am 3 months into ADT have another 3 months before stopping (I hope!) intrigued to know how fast your testosterone is recovering? If that is if you have any indication. My waistline is frigging ballooning despite an exercise regime. I am also in the UK (south coast) and find my NHS Urologists do not seem to want to test for testosterone but seem obsessed, rightly with my PSA levels. I keep adding it to my blood test requests but it seems to get ignored. Regards - Brian.
