Asthma/hypoadrenalism and generally tired of feeling ill
My respiratory consultant agreed with the removal of oxis, because I had also done an
exercise
test which showed my
breathing
was normal but my heart rate was incredibly high.

Having a panic attack... I think!
O god... Currently sat at work, could feel something bubbling away in me since I woke up this morning.. Ive managed to have nearly 2 weeks now without a panic attack! However.. dear god.. today.. I suddenly felt very sick, very hot, went bright red and literally feel like im about to die or faint.

Relaxation and breathing exercises: an aid to ease anxiety
Hi everyone I have noticed that of late there are a number of us experiencing periods of depression/anxiety and stress so decided I would post some info regarding breathing exercises. I have taken the information from my pain management course worksheet and not just pieced it together off experience.

Good afternoon everyone. We seem to be missing Jilly today so here's the chat for you all - hope you've not got too desperate without it. A bit of a grey one in the south today with a real autumnal feel about it - still warm though. Don't forget the deep breathing exercises to help you through

Meeting fellow sufferers at the strangest of times.
I like to walk my dog in the early hours of the morning as its always cooler and quiet. As we were getting closer to the green I noticed a person on crutches who was stood very still . He said to me ' hello, i'm just doing my breathing exercises as I've got emphysema. I replied that I understood as

STOP SMOKING TIPS
Questions to ask yourself Take the time to think of what kind of smoker you are, which moments of your life call for a cigarette, and why. This will help you to identify which tips, techniques or therapies may be most beneficial for you. ◾ Do you feel the need to smoke at every meal? ◾ Are you

Complete change of meds (to pulmicort and oxis)
Since then I have had an
exercise
test. My
breathing
and heart was fine during/0, 5, 10 mins after. Then 15 mins after my breathing dropped by 13% which he said was significant and a clear sign of asthma.

Can breathing exercises trigger AF! Or it is the bad timing during ablation recovery?
Not sure if it is flutter or tachycardia ( those are the one i had earlier ) but I'm wearing a holter right now , I will know later. I was trying to follow up deep breathing techniques to relax , I'm having anxiety these days and i feel my way of breathing is short and not deep , but I felt more worse

Morning :)
Bit late this morning.. Well took my daughter to her first day at college this morning. I was like a swan... All calm and regal on top but underneath I was really panicking for her!! She suffers with anxiety as well, so I had to control myself and breathe! We got there on time did some breathing exercises
