Yeah Friday and another week nearly over. Another week to add to your no smoking calender. Those of you who decided to quit on stoptober you have just 1 more day to complete your 1 month of being smokefree.

John 050491, well done on your starting to quit day 4 now and soon be a week. As for having a cough its not unusual at first but the breathing exercises I posted on the questions section should help.

Friezfriend I hope you are coping ok and not too worried about reducing your nrt.

Surrendertowin, keep on with the positive attitude. Soon be fell walking again.

Lawn ranger, you must be coming up to 2 weeks now. Hope you have settled down and now sleeping again.

Herewego3, I hope you managed to sort out your nrt dosage etc. keep strong.

Gunner 13, Well done on deciding to quit lots of advice and help on this site.

It's another cold day here and i have to go out bill paying and shopping, thank goodness i found my gloves

I hope that all who have recently quit have a good smokefree day, stay strong, you can do this, you are on the best place to get the help and stength that you need

Morning jillygirl and everyone, and Hi to all the newbies

Haven't been on for a while as haven't been feeling myself, and didn't want to be moaning !! Think I'm more myself today, well so far so good.

Have kept up to date with all the posts.

12 weeks quit the cigarettes now, and have used my e-cig less too with not feeling well,

It's a shame as I was bragging about feeling so well not smoking, but hey this just a hiccup,

Hi mrssunnyside, sorry you haven`t been too good.I sometimes think i dont feel great and put it down to not smoking, or in my case my lung problem. Then I think if there was nothing at all wrong I would still get colds or feel off colour at this time of year. BIG well done on reaching 3 months as a non smoker. keep in touch.
