Constant anxiety
Hi, I recently lost my grandad in December in an unexpected, accidental death, and then 4months to the day he died, my father passed away which was also sudden and unexpected, and I witnessed it happen. Since watching my dad die in front of me I have had terrible anxiety. I’ve never been an anxious

BFP after miscarriage
I've just got a postive on a hcg urine test after a frozen cycle, following on from a previous cycle where I also got pregnant but sadly miscarried at 5 weeks. We've been trying for almost three years, and with the previous miscarriage I don't know how to relax and not expect the worse again. Has anyone

Eye Surgery
Feel such a twig. Went for cattarachs surgery. Got there no problems had all the usual drops put something to numb the eye. Went into theatre got on the bed. I went to lie down and because it was so flat I was holding on to bars of the bed to pull myself. Up by then my b.reathing was all over the place

If it is not asthma, could there be something wrong with my lungs? 🤔🤔
I want to exercise and be toned but the thought of having to put up with my
breathing
depresses me and so I sometimes cannot bring myself to
exercise
. Brisk walking even makes me extremely out of breath and it has been like this since I was a young girl.

HI, and thank you for reading my post. Sorry its a long one, but I want to give as much background as possible in case this post also helps someone else. Please bear with me and read it to the end! So. I had my first identifiable (slow) AF event 2 months ago after having a few episodes of fluttering

First good weekend in a while.
Hi guys, I’ve been battling anxiety/ panic disorder since I was 18 years old. I’ve been in SSRIs for ~20 yrs. Got to a really good place professionally last year and build really strong self confidence and decided to stop SSRI 3 Mo before the pandemic. Felt really great, no side effects, then the pandemic

Panic and anxiety at night
Today I’m having an episode of panic attack mix with intense anxiety; it happened out of nowhere like they always do. Having trouble breathing, feel my chest heavy and having this weird fear that can’t cope. I have done my breathing exercises and now I’m here talking about it. I have a cat and I’m pretty

Panic attacks in the morning
Having panic attacks in the morning are the worst. Just woke up and suddenly I feel my chest compress and feeling week. I got up and got some tea, did some breathing exercises and talk to my self to make me feel positive to calm down. My heart beat was over the top... not sure why since I just woke up

9 days after AVR - deep breathing and coughing exhausting
Is this fairly common? Surgery on 4th July, all went well, first valve fitted was too large so surgeon decided to undo -removed and replaced with smaller XPiras tissue valve. Surgery 4:30hrs. So far so good - so very happy.. but breathing exercises exhausting. Using spirometer- moving just one ball

Some Nights
Evening is the hardest part of the day for me. I don't know why. Logically, I would think mornings would be the hardest. Every night I get anxiety a few hours before I'm supposed to go to bed. I do my breathing exercises, I try to distract myself, I look inside to identify the problem. I cant put my
