In continuation to my previous three posts ( which you must read ), I am pleased to post my fasting blood sugar readings. The screen also shows my vitamin B12 & vitamin D level . My sufficient D level in my blood seems to have protected me from Covid19 so far 🙏with all blessings from "SUN GOD" , though I did take a small supplement of D -2000 IU per day , which would not have increased my Blood D level so much..
Well , while I give the due credit to the whole plant food for my overall well being , but what else would have played a role ???
Perhaps My early dinner @ 6 PM , post meal exercise, overnight fasting....early to bed and early to rise @5 AM..... Yoga.....Pranayam................Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, kumbhak both internal and external integrated with Anulom Vilom and refined exercise breathing technique...meditation ......
I break my fast by a Break-fast @8 AM after a nice Bath.
